Strength Training for Older Adults

These are 60 minute sessions lasting for 6 Weeks

Service Description

Participants will learn and practice the basics of Strength Training in a safe and controlled manner. The workout schedule: Warm-up, Strength Training for upper and lower body, including the Core. Participants will practice Balance and Coordination exercises. The workout will be completed with a Cool Down and Stretch. Home exercises will be provided.
